B2B lead generation scale-up
The challenge
Meta lead forms were producing plenty of leads and almost no pipeline. Sales spent most of their week qualifying people who were never going to buy.
Key results
The strategy
Replace instant lead forms with a qualifying funnel — a dedicated landing page and a short multi-step survey that filters before the lead reaches sales.
The implementation
A creative testing framework compared hooks and visuals in a fixed rotation so results were readable. Lookalike audiences were built from the top ten percent of existing customers by lifetime value rather than from all converters.
The outcome
Lead quality scores rose sharply and the cost of a genuinely qualified lead dropped, so the same budget produced more real pipeline.
What I took from it
In Meta lead generation, creative is the main lever on quality, not just on cost. Qualifying early costs you volume and buys you pipeline.
